Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Lorex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging including all cables, mounts, and manuals to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
